Sister Kathy has served as Principal of Our Lady of the Hampton School since September 1987. During her tenure, the school has grown in size and scope. The school was cited as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence in 1994 and awarded accreditation form Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools in both 2002 and 2012.
A member of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Brentwood, Sister studied at Marywood University, Molloy College and Queens College, holding degrees from Brentwood College and Hofstra University. Her professional experience includes elementary teaching of grades one, two and four, (St. Raphael's and St. Patrick's) as well as high school (Sacred Heart Academy) Music and English. She has directed school musicals, Glee Club, Student Council and served as Dean of Students.
Her extended service includes serving on the Advisory Board of the Learning Connection, the Bishop's Commission on Education, the Board of Trustees of Academia Maria Reina and the Diocesan Pastoral Council.
